Wound Care Clinic
The Wound Clinic founded in 2022 as a collaboration between OHSU students and Home Forward to address frequent hospitalizations due to untreated wounds. The wound clinic is located just next door from Home Forward and Transitions Project’s Resource Center serving both residents and walk-in patients.
